Douglas D Gee started his career in Mortgages in 2002 with Aames Home Loans.  During that time the market was in a depressed state.  Subprime mortgages were not regulated and the industry was leading up to the “Great Recession”.

Doug grew to be the #1 mortgage loan originator in the country through Aames Home Loans and was rewarded with becoming one of the youngest branch mangers within the company.  After several years of hard work and at the age of 25, Doug decided to take the challenge and accepted a position as an Area Regional Manger for a very large mortgage company named First NLC.  He was trusted enough to run a region of over 50 loan officers, 4 processors and 2 underwriters.

In 2015 Doug started Cygnus Corporate Services.  This company not only worked to help build other mortgage companies, but it allowed him to create Master Key Capital.  Master Key Capital has now been in operation since 2015 and is growing.  Doug’s goal is to make it a point to never be “an order taker” when providing service to prospective borrowers.  Master Key Capital takes their time in a detailed approach that designs loans for every borrower and their individual needs.  The future mortgage market cannot be predicted but Master Key Capital’s success will continue with it’s care and detail for every borrower and their specific goals and needs.  This is the mission statement for Master Key Capital - “To Open All Doors to Lending”.
